The statuses of an approval card
- Awaiting approval
- Nothing will be applied until you approve.
- Action completed
- You approved: the change is applied on the ad platform.
- Action rejected
- No change has been applied.
- Request reworded
- You replied in writing: nothing is applied, and Pilot comes back with a corrected card.
Handing control to an AI makes you hesitate. And that's normal.
An AI that adjusts your budgets or your ads saves time, as long as you stay in control. Three questions come up before you trust it.
- Who really decides? Many automated tools apply their changes directly. You find out afterwards what was changed, and why.Result: Campaigns changed without your consent.
- What exactly will it change?A vague suggestion like “optimize the budget” says neither what, nor where, nor how much. It's hard to approve what you don't understand.Result: You approve blind, or you approve nothing.
- Who did what, and when? With several people on the same account, changes pile up. Without a clear history, there's no way to know who approved which change.Result: Mistakes that are hard to trace, and to explain to the client.

Demo: nothing is sent. Your clicks don't touch any account. In Pilot, “Approve” applies the change on the ad platform, and only after that click.
I reviewed the last 30 days, Sep 6 to Oct 5. Three things need a decision, and I'm proposing three changes. Nothing goes out without your approval.

Dotted: a diagram of what Pilot records for each decision: the person, the time and the proposal. The cards and the Activity tab are the app's, on sample data.
- The card, before and afterThe card shows what was proposed, what you decided and the result. Handy for showing a client what was done.
- The name and the timeEach decision is recorded with the person who made it, the time, and what was proposed.
- Only onceEven if two teammates click at the same time, or you click twice, the decision is counted only once. The card updates for everyone.
- The Activity tabAll the workspace's sessions: who launched them, read or write, how many changes were proposed, how many are still pending.
What Pilot can't do
These limits are built into the tool. They always apply, even before a card is shown to you.
Weekly budget check-in
This conversation is in Read mode: no changes possible. Switch to Action mode and I'll propose it as a card.

- Nothing is written in Read modeIt's the default mode for every conversation. Any change is blocked, even if Pilot proposes one.
- No clear sentence, no cardA proposal without a readable summary is rejected before it reaches you, and a proposal to create something must list everything it would create. You never approve blind.
- No card, no writePilot can't change anything without going through a card. Any other attempt is blocked, and nothing is applied.
- A Viewer can't approveApproving or rejecting is reserved for the workspace's Editor, Admin and Owner roles.
- No double approvalIf two people answer the same card, only the first answer counts. The second sees that the card has already been handled.
These rules apply to the campaign changes Pilot proposes in its chat.
The AI does the work and you have the final say
Pilot analyzes and prepares every change. All that's left for you is to approve or reject, in one click.
Pilot reads
Pilot analyzes your Meta, Google Ads and TikTok accounts from your numbers. In Read mode, it looks at everything but changes nothing.
Pilot proposes
In Action mode, when a change is called for, Pilot opens a card: what it wants to change, on which platform, with the exact values.
You decide
“Approve” applies the change, “Reject” drops it. Until you click, nothing goes to the ad platform.
Before you let an AI propose changes
No, not from its chat. A conversation starts in Read mode, where no change is possible. In Action mode, every proposed change goes through a card, and nothing goes to the ad platform before your click on “Approve”.
Workspace members with the Editor, Admin or Owner role.
Nothing changes. The card shows “Action rejected” and stays in the conversation. Pilot takes note and moves on, without proposing the same change again.
Yes. When Pilot proposes several changes at once, a single card lists them. Uncheck what you want to leave out: your approval only covers the checked lines.
Reply in writing in the conversation: the card switches to “Request reworded”, nothing is applied, and Pilot comes back with a corrected card.
The card waits, with no time limit. Nothing is sent to the ad platform until you decide, and the “To approve” section keeps it at the top of the chat history.
Yes: the card stays in the conversation, with the proposal and your decision. The Activity tab shows, session by session, who launched it and how many changes it proposed.
They apply to the campaign changes Pilot proposes in its chat, on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads or Bing Ads: a budget, a bid, a pause, a creation or a deletion. Automations, for their part, work read-only and change nothing.

The AI proposes. You decide.
7-day free trial, no credit card required. In your first hour: connect a Google Ads, Meta Ads or TikTok Ads account, ask a first question in Read mode, then switch to Action mode to get your first cards. Nothing goes out without your click.
