You set the goals. Pilot sticks to them.
Ad platforms optimize by their own criteria. Pilot starts from what it knows about you: your brand, your personas, your ad platforms, your goals, your budget. The tool helps you set everything up.
Pilot helps you set up the account, not your campaigns: nothing changes in your ad accounts.
What Pilot knows about you
Six key sections in each workspace's Strategy page: this is what Pilot reads before answering you. The better they're filled in, the better Pilot performs.

Type /setup: Pilot reads, proposes and you approve.
Pilot analyzes your website, the last 90 days on your accounts and your campaign names, then proposes a setup in three versions. Simulate it below on Lumio Sneakers: one click and the Strategy page fills in.
It reads before asking
Your website, your last 90 days, your campaign names, what is already filled in.
Three versions, from your numbers
Cautious, Balanced, Ambitious: each goal cites the figure behind it.
One click to apply everything
Context, goals, axes and grouped campaigns are written to the page. The goals carry “Set by the agent”.
A first finding with figures
“€340 spent on 12 search terms that never converted.”
- Nothing changes in your ad platforms
- The budget stays yours

In Pilot, you type /setup in the chat: the agent reads your numbers, your website and your campaign names, then writes the version you approve to the Strategy page. The sliders are a demo gesture: in Pilot, you type a goal's value.
Your brand, read from your website.
Give the address of your website. In a few minutes, Pilot writes your brand platform with three illustrated personas. You approve it block by block.

Confirms Inès- Writing for your target profilesEvery hook, creative, email or landing page Pilot writes names its persona and follows your tone. On each profile, “Use in the chat” prepares the request.
- Reading your audiencesWhen your data allows it (ages, cities, searches), Pilot says which personas it confirms or contradicts, with figures.
- Knowing where to reach themChannels, typical searches, ads that work or to avoid, suggested targeting for Meta and Google: ideas the chat proposes but never creates without your approval.
- Creatives in the right styleEach persona's portrait guides the style of creatives. It is never used as an ad face.
Every ad platform has its rules. Pilot takes them into account.
A general brief for the whole brand, then a context for each connected platform: ad platforms, Search Console, Google Analytics. Pilot reads them before answering.

Your goals, your budget, your labels.
A goal is written as one sentence and builds on your data. The monthly budget is saved once. Labels structure your campaigns so you can steer the budget better.

- Comparative
- ROAS must be X% higher than the previous period.

- Four ways to set a goalA value, a comparison, dated milestones or a guardrail: each one is written as one sentence. Pilot shows the actual value and marks it “Met” when the goal is reached.

- Your labelsFunnel, creative, key moment: /setup organizes your campaigns from their names and flags ambiguous names.

Before you run /setup
No. Type /setup: Pilot proposes your context, your goals and the labeling of your campaigns. The brand elements and the personas are created from your website. That leaves the budget and your documents.
No. /setup configures Pilot, not your ad platforms: no campaign and no ad platform budget is touched.
Pilot starts from your website and your accounts: business context, categorizations, what it will be able to tell you once an ad platform is connected. Without numbers, it sets no numeric goal: it does not make up a ROAS.
Goals proposed by the agent are marked “Set by the agent”, with an “Undo” button at hand. The context and the campaign labeling are corrected in their tabs. To change or archive an existing goal, the agent first shows a card for you to approve.
Whenever you like. When your goals reach their end date, the Strategy page tells you and the agent proposes the next ones from your results.
Yes: a Google Sheet, a CSV, TSV or Excel file, or a pasted table. Pilot shows you what it understood before saving. A connected Google Sheet is refreshed every morning. An uploaded file doesn't update on its own.
One workspace per client or brand, each with its own Strategy page. One client's goals and documents never mix with the others'. Every workspace is sealed off.
The Strategy page is included in the subscription: a €225 flat fee per month (excl. VAT) with one ad account included, then a per-account price that goes down with volume. Connections to the Google and Microsoft suites are not billed. The details are on the Pricing page.
Type /setup. Pilot sets it up for you.
7-day free trial, no credit card required. Connect an ad account, type /setup and choose among several versions of context and goals: your goals are set and Pilot delivers a first finding with figures.
The demo uses a fictional brand, Lumio Sneakers (and, for a second client workspace, Solis Skincare). Their visuals are generated and their numbers are made up.
