Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before getting started with Pilot.
Pilot in general
You create your account online with your work email, and Pilot is open for 7 days, no credit card required, with a few usage limits (number of ad accounts, members, questions per day) that lift with the first payment. Add a payment method whenever you like. Without one at the end of the trial, your workspace turns read-only and your dashboards stay available. One trial per person and per ad account.
No. Pilot serves experts and non-specialists alike: you speak in plain language, it turns it into concrete actions and explains every recommendation.
No. Pilot reads and analyzes your data freely; for any change it prepares a card, and nothing is sent to your accounts without your click on “Approve”.
Google Ads, Meta and TikTok first, and 11 ad platforms overall (Snapchat, Pinterest, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, Apple Ads, OpenAI Ads, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360…). On top of that: analytics (GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager), commerce (Shopify, Merchant Center), CRM (Salesforce, Sellsy) and your workplace tools. LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot and more are coming soon.
Your ad platforms connect through their official sign-in, and the permissions you grant are encrypted. The database is hosted in the European Union; the application, by Vercel, in the United States. Your data is only used for your workspace.
Pilot is collaborative: several members work in the same workspace, with the context of each account. An agency opens one workspace per client.
Pricing
The €225 excl. VAT monthly plan, which includes one ad account, then each ad account connected to Pilot (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and the other ad platforms). Connections to the Google and Microsoft suites (Gmail, Google Drive, Outlook, OneDrive) are not billed.
The number of ad accounts sets a tier, and every account is billed at that tier's price, the first one included. With 6 accounts: €225 + 6 × €37.50 = €450 excl. VAT per month.
No. The price depends on the number of ad accounts, not on how many people use Pilot.
Yes. The free trial lasts 7 days, no credit card required. You sign up with your work email and add a payment method whenever you like.
