Billing and account
Choose and change plans, find your invoices, cancel, and move from Pilot MCP to full Pilot.
Pilot MCP billing is managed in the Subscription tab of your workspace settings, Your Pilot MCP plan block. Payments go through Stripe; Pilot neither sees nor keeps your card details. Plans and their prices are on the pricing page.
Choose a plan
In the Subscription tab, Change plan block, pick Monthly or Yearly, then click Choose under the plan you want. Prices are shown excluding tax. A paid plan opens as soon as the payment is confirmed; an abandoned payment page changes nothing.
Some plans are counted per person: you pay for each member of your workspaces, pending invitations excluded, and the number follows arrivals and departures by itself. A person added during the period is charged prorated, the same day; a person who leaves is credited on your next invoice.
Change plans
Move to another plan from the Change plan block, or from the payment portal (Manage subscription). A change during the period is prorated. Moving to a smaller plan is accepted: the extra ad accounts go pending (see Limits and plans). Going back to the free plan is immediate: there is nothing to pay.
Invoices
Manage subscription opens the payment portal: your invoices, your payment method, and your billing details (name, address, VAT number).
Failed payment
When a charge fails, Stripe retries automatically and your access stays open; the Subscription tab says until when. Without payment by then, access is suspended: your assistants can no longer read your data, and every tool call receives the Subscription to settle message. Pay the invoice from Manage subscription: everything reopens at once, with nothing to resubscribe.
Cancel
You cancel from the portal (Manage subscription), and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Until then, the tab shows the end date, and Resume my plan undoes the cancellation. On that date, your account goes back to the free plan, and nothing more is charged: your connections, accounts and assistants stay, within the free plan's limits.
Move to full Pilot
Full Pilot adds the whole application to MCP access: the chat, dashboards, automations, creatives, presentations and the changes you approve. The Upgrade to full Pilot button is in the Subscription tab, and on every page of a full Pilot feature opened from a Pilot MCP workspace. At least one ad account must be connected.
Nothing changes before the payment is confirmed: if you leave the payment page, you stay on your plan. On confirmation, full Pilot replaces your Pilot MCP plan, and the unused time of that plan is credited against your next invoices. Your assistants stay connected.
